Who (qualifying students):
• USA High School or International Student
• Enrolled in High School (or international equivalent) during the 2023-2024 school year.
• Age on June 29, 2024:
o Junior Varsity (Teen1): 14 yrs thru day before 16th birthday, meeting JV qualifying DOTs
o Varsity: 14 yrs or older that meet Varsity qualifying DOTs
• Have a qualifying DOTs in a USAPL-sanctioned meet from 2023 or 2024.
